Our Crawl Space Systems
We utilize crawl space solutions that are the best in the industry. We can fix issues like moisture in the crawl space, crawl space humidity, sagging floors, and replacing old and broken crawl space doors. See below for details on systems we use.
This drain handles all waterproofing issues in your crawl space with pure water mitigation. It takes all access water and drains the water outward and away from your home, as well as through a crawl space sump pump. We highly recommend both systems for effective crawl space waterproofing
The CleanSpace® vapor barrier has proven time and time again to be effective at keeping out moisture, humidity, and unwanted critters. This durable, bright, white vapor barrier liner is installed on the walls and floors, preventing water vapor and humidity from passing through. By keeping your crawl space dry, you protect your structure and insulation from mold growthand rotting.
The SmartSump® is our one and only crawl space sump pump used to drain water. Paired with the SmartPipe® Drain system, your crawl space will be well protected from water damage on your home. It's not only a repair method but a preventative means to keep your home protected from future damages.
The Turtl™ Access Well is a durable plastic crawl space access well cover that we offer as part of our encapsulation process. Providing an airtight cover, it serves as an access well AND door combined. Made to replace those old concrete, wooden, or metal access wells, it's just what you need for a more attractive and long lasting choice. Available in green, brown, and beige, we have a color to match nearly any home.
The SmartJack™ crawl space stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging floors. It is a simple install that can be completed very quickly to help get your un-level floors back to where they should be. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.
If you're looking to be energy efficient in your crawl space we use TerraBlock™ Insulation to help preserve your home temperature. This insulation makes a huge difference in saving energy bills by keeping the cool or hot air underneath the soil of your crawl space away. We recommend that crawl spaces be encapsulated and insulated to help prevent mold and moisture problems, and while making your home more comfortable and energy efficient.
We also use SilverGlo® insulation panels which is the best crawl space insulated product available in today's market. It's not only insulation but has a reflective coating that further enhances it's ability to keep your air warm, and air cooled.
There are many different types of dehumidifiers on the market and we're here to provide you with a basement repair expert who knows all there is about what type you may need. Our SaniDry CSB has got you covered. With a self-draining design, it can remove up to 90 pints of water per day in your crawl space, without ever needed to have its collection tray emptied. It can empty to a sump pump or dry well, or a special condensation pump can be added to discharge the water outside.
Crawl space ventilation using exterior air is no longer the way to go because you can never get your CS dry using this technique. We recommend having a crawl space dehumidifier in conjunction with a ventilation fan for optimal efficiency. The Crawl-O-Sphere is used as part of our encapsulation process.
