Foundation Repair

Here in South Jersey we provide foundation repair for the base of your home, which is the most important part of your house. If there is a problem here, odds are likely that you're going to know about it. It will be in your best interest to be sure that all structural problems get looked at and taken care of quickly after you notice them. The longer you wait, the worse the damage is going to get, and the more time-consuming and expensive it's going to be to get the problem taken care of.

Regardless of whether you have a stone, cinder block, brick, or concrete foundation, our team of professionals at EnviroPro Basement Systems will be able to properly assess the damage and determine the cause of the problem. We will discuss with you, in detail, what your options are when it comes to repairs, and we will schedule an appointment soon thereafter to be sure that we take care of it in time before things get worse.

Push Piers

Push piers is the number one foundation product in America that corrects and repairs sinking foundations and homes. Hydraulic steel pipes drill into the ground beneath your home and rest on top of bedrock or load bearing stratum so that your home can be lifted upwards. This removes the added negative effects of soil conditions in your particular area or climate and relies 100% on stable earth and stone.

PowerBrace™ I-Beam Wall Braces

If your basement or foundation wall is not critical but starting to show signs of bowing our PowerBrace™ will halt and stop all wall cavement. It's solid steel material and I-beam design is structurally sound and sturdy to handle any amount of weight and pressure. Attached to your concrete floor and fastened to your floor beams it makes for an excellent addition to your homes structural integrity.

CarbonArmor® Carbon Fiber System

This carbon fiber systems is fiber-reinforced polymer that's 10 times stronger than steel that's made to repair failing foundation walls. This system not only realigns but strengthens your entire wall making bowing/buckling impossible for your home. It's added benefit is being thin, and easy to apply, and depending on the severity of your foundation can be used as an alternative to other wall correctional systems.

CarbonArmor

PolyLEVEL® System

PolyLEVEL® is becoming well known in the industry and is a product we use and highly recommend for all projects concerning slab or concrete lifting and repair. It's a simple system using high-density polyurethane to fill empty voids underneath your concrete slab and lifting them back into place. Whether it's a sidewalk, staircase, entire driveway, or even your basement floor, we guarantee this will fix any sinking concrete problem you have.

Helical Piers

Like push piers, helical piers uses the earth support and stabilize your home by lifting your foundation. The main difference is that helical piers use a drilling method with a 'screw' like feature that spins into the ground instead of hydraulically pushing. This is the absolute best product for foundation lifting as the 'screw' plates holds extra weight with surrounding soil and is not as forceful as push piers.
