WaterGuard
If your family has a wet and leaky basement and are looking for help with water drainage problems, then WaterGuard is the perfect waterproofing solution for you. It features a well-designed
drainage channel that safely and efficiently prevents water from collection in your basement area. You can rest assured knowing that
the WaterGuard system will work without clogging from any soil located beneath the surface of your basement floor. The WaterGuard system functions as one of the best waterproofing solutions because
it has big holes located in the back that are engineered to accept water
flow. It was also built with a high-quality flange that contains
many segments that will drain water in your basement.
The
WaterGuard basement waterproofing system was built
with a practical design in mind. It sits on top of the footing and
out of the soil under a basement. This well-engineered design
prevents the waterproofing system from ever becoming clogged with
soil and other debris. The system also has a flange that fits nicely
between the floor and the wall to assist with any drainage that may
come from wall seepage. The WaterGuard basement waterproofing system
was built to be compatible with all types of foundations.
The WaterGuard system has been expertly designed to intercept water around the walls of your basement. It then takes the water and drains it through a sump pump. The sump pump is situated at the lowest spot on your floor where water may pool up. The WaterGuard Drainage System will help you keep your basement a dry place. You can now use it as a recreational area, storage space, or a place for some additional living area.
WaterGuard Specifications
- Includes wall flange with 3/8" opening to collect water from walls -- There's no gap on the basement floor to let humidity into the space or to collect debris
- Able to waterproof concrete block foundation walls -- Weep holes are drilled at the bottom of the blocks to drain the hollow cavities.
- Resists mud clogging -- The system sits on top of the
footing, away from the "mud zone" underneath your floor. Water is
collected without the risk of clogs that would halt your system.
